Refunds will be processed as soon as possible. Please allow upto 14 working days for any refund, however refunds are usually processed within 2 working days of receipt.

J & R Sports offer a 30 day returns policy that commences on the day you receive your order. Within this 30 days you can return your unused goods for a refund or exchange. If you have received the incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt and do not use the item. Returns will NOT be accepted if: • The product has been used. • All original packaging has not been retained in original condition. • Sticking tape and / or labels have been attached directly to the product or the product packaging (display box). To avoid this, please ensure the product(s) are sufficiently packaged for transport, ideally in a suitable box. • Any returned item has been damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging. • The product is over the 30 day period. When returning any product you will need to include the following inside the returned packaging: • Your Order ID. • Your Name, Address and Contact Details. • Reason for Return You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return of your product. All goods are supplied with their original manufacturer’s warranty which covers manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days, unless advised otherwise. Any product found to be defective through either faulty materials or manufacture will be repaired, or at our option, replaced free of charge. Any warranty does not include standard wear and tear, accident, unauthorised alteration, impact damage through standard use or hiring out. This does not affect your statutory rights.

J & R Sports use various carriers when we ship your order depending on product size and weight. Our standard carriers are Parcelforce, Royal Mail and TNT. All orders to mainland UK are shipped on a next working day service. We aim to despatch all orders received before 14:00 the same day. Please note we are closed weekends and bank holidays.
